Thank you so much for supporting Shepherd the Bear. Every product we create is made with intention, care, and the goal of helping dogs and their owners build more calm together.

Because our products include digital downloads and small-batch scent work tools, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Digital Products

All ebooks, workbooks, PDFs, guides, and digital downloads are final sale.

Since digital products are delivered instantly, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the purchase is complete.

Scent Pods

Our scent pods are small-batch training tools made for dog enrichment and scent work. For safety and quality reasons, scent pods cannot be returned once they have been delivered, opened, used, or handled.

All scent pod sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit.
